Our ambition to deliver

Dear customers,

we are all looking forward to the foreseeable opening steps in the catering and hotel industry.

The reopening poses major challenges for everyone involved. After a month-long lockdown, we now have to meet the coming demand.

In our supply chains, unfortunately, various raw material producers report that their production capacities are exhausted. Logistics companies are experiencing similar problems. It is foreseeable that we will experience supply bottlenecks for certain products in the coming weeks and months.

Raw material prices are currently rising at a correspondingly rapid pace, forcing us to prepare inflation surcharges for certain product groups. This is all the more regrettable as our industry now needs anything but price increases.

Nevertheless, please remain confident.
